When purchasing a mud pump cylinder liner, the standard size and drawing number of the standard cylinder liner should be checked first. The installed cylinder liner must be the same as the size grouping code of the standard cylinder liner. Only in this way can a standard fit clearance be ensured.
Matters needing attention when installing and using
First: It is strictly forbidden to throw, beat and impact the cylinder liner of the mud pump. If the cylinder liner needs to be brought down, it must be done slowly.
Second: When installing, it is necessary to ensure that the metal part of the mud pump piston and the inner wall of the mud pump cylinder liner do not have eccentric wear as much as possible. If there is eccentric wear, it needs to be corrected as soon as possible.
Third: It is strictly forbidden to directly hit the cylinder liner with heavy objects such as a hammer. When hitting, it must be padded with materials such as wood, and lightly hit to play a buffering role.
Fourth: When the equipment is out of use for a long time below 0 ℃ in winter, the mud sucked into the room should be released to prevent the mud from freezing and cracking the lining of the mud pump cylinder liner.
