Pump Vibration
★ Reason: the pump shaft is not concentric with the diesel engine (or motor), the impeller is unbalanced, and the bearing is damaged;
★ Solution: adjust the concentricity, perform a balance test on the impeller, and replace the bearing.
Pump is slow
★ Reason: The gap between the front lining plate and the impeller is large, the water outlet pipe cannot seal the air, and the emptying is full;
★ Solution: adjust the gap, adjust the water outlet pipe, and install a vacuum device.
The pump does not absorb water
★ Reasons: Insufficient water diversion for perfusion, inability to discharge air in the pump, air leakage from the suction pipe, large clearance between the front lining plate and the impeller;
★ The original solution: continue to pour water, check whether the pipeline is leaking, and adjust the gap between the impeller and the front lining plate.
outlet pressure
Low pressure and small flow
★ Reasons: there is air in the pump, the gap between the impeller and the front lining plate is large, the clutch is not tightly closed, the impeller or the lining plate is worn;
★ Solution: Evacuate the gas in the pump, adjust the gap to adjust the gap between the clutch friction plates, and replace the impeller or lining plate.
Pump wears out fast
★ Reason: poor construction environment (large particles), long conveying distance, long water inlet pipeline;
★ Solution: replace the sand field, add an afterburner unit, shorten the length of the water inlet pipe to reduce cavitation.
Impeller journal wears fast
★ Reasons: The high-pressure water pump has a low lift, the packing is dislocated, and the pump shaft and the back cover are not concentric;
★ Solution: replace the high-pressure pump higher than the mud pump lift, replace the packing, and adjust the concentricity.
